- This is the original script created in 1996 for
LinksLS that has been upgraded through each
release of Links to it's current .ssf format.
Tourney3, has almost 300 individual wav files
integrated to the gameplay. Every sound, every
.wav file in these scripts, are complete original
recordings. None of them have been taken from
anywhere on the net. Some of the highlights
include: voices of your favorite announcers
telling you the distance to the pin from your ball
lie, a new swing sound, and commentary timing that
has been reformed over three versions to result in
some uncanny realism. The comments at times
can be very specific and very intelligent; just as
if real commentators were watching your game. While
other scripts enjoy the funny noises and cartoon
characters talking, this script is aimed
specifically at realism, with intelligent comments
that take much more than only your lie into
consideration. There are no funny sounds or
comments, this is about the feel of real golf.
