MB (unzipped) - This script was created using the L2001 Sound Editor but is compatible for use with L2003 as well as L2001.

….There is one difference and that relates to pre-defined sounds…. The L2001 editor includes “Pre-defined Events” but this is not part of the L2003 Sound Editor program. Therefore, driver and iron sounds that I included in this script are not available when using the script in L2003.

….This script includes over 440 events that will trigger sounds. There are more than 6400 wavs to be heard.

….Commentary includes sounds from ABC, NBC, CBS, USA, TNT and ESPN television golf coverage, concentrating on PGA events.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

You know the script is working if you hear any comments when first teeing off.

If for some reason you don’t hear any “In Flight” commentary then you need to go back into the editor and highlight “Load as Links 2001” and load the script again. Failure to hear “In Flight” commentary is the main conflict when using a script developed in L2001 and played in L2003

…Final comment. In some instances you may not hear any commentary… In almost all instances, this is not the fault of the sound editor. The terrain designation given by the course designer (be it Microsoft or Links designer) may not be the same terrain designation given by the script creator (in this instance, me)…..Therefore, no match, no sound. This is rare but does occur.

Best of luck…

Hit ‘em straight and not too often!

Enjoy!
