Containing over 1400 individually cleaned and enhanced wav combinations, I suggest the use of headphones. All the audio effects are much clearer that way and you can feel the true power in the script. Headphones may also save embarrassment, because this script is rated "R". It was also designed with online play in mind. The wav volume of each wav has been adjusted and blends well with microphone chat from fellow players.

For some, the best part of this new script will be removing the wavs and using them to play with opponents online. If you're like me and you enjoy a little "wav chatter", you will find hundreds of wavs all ready to go.

This script is rated 'R' due to strong language.

There are a few people who I would like to acknowledge. Without their help, this sound script would be much less than it is.
J-Man- You've never played Links without my script and you were the first to tell me that the old script "sounded like shit" as you so aptly put it. That, more than anything else, was what got me to fix it.
ChuckyB- Fellow script author, and weekly Links companion. I can't remember how many wavs I "borrowed" from you, but each time I asked, they were in my mailbox the next day. You are the most diligent of supporters, giving me encouragement when finishing became a struggle.

Martin- If you hadn't convinced me to make Hackmaster 2000 public domain, there would certainly be no Hackmaster2003. So, if anybody out there needs someone to blame....

And to all those who have created scripts past and present, thank you for sharing your talents. I freely admit that I have "borrowed" one or more wavs from probably every script there is, with the exception of the German sound script. (Which I'm sure I would have, as well, had I understood any of the wavs.)
